Insurance fraud increases costs to policyholders through increased premiums.  It is our company policy to identify, investigate, resist, and deter insurance fraud.  We ask for your help.  Report fraud to us.  Please use the form below or send us an email at InsuranceFraud@aoins.com.

 
The more information, documentation, and details the better.  Include who, what, where, when, and how including names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the parties.  If you have any of our insurance policy or claim number information it can help us locate the relevant claim.  If you prefer, you may call 1-800-346-0346 and advise us that you would like to report insurance fraud.
