General Guidelines

• You must be an Auto-Owners agent to order videos. Any other orders will be ignored.
• Just Ask: Dairy Farms may be used in the following states only: IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, ND, OH, SD, and WI.
• The TV station in which you choose to place your commercial(s) will add your agency tag.
• For questions related to the videos and delivery, call Kae at 517-367-2120.
• For all other questions, contact your Advertising Specialist or your Marketing Representative.
• All 2011-2012 J.D. Power and Associates advertisements must be removed or replaced by September 30, 2012.
• 2010-2011 J.D. Power and Associate advertisements in place after September 30, 2011 will no longer be reimbursed.
• Any J.D. Power and Associates advertisements that ran outside of their campaign time period will not be reimbursed.
• Unless approved by your Advertising Specialist, advertisements not listed on this website will not be reimbursed.
