To report a claim, simply call your local, independent Auto-Owners agent, someone you know and trust. If you need to report a glass claim, you can also file it online.

How do I turn in a claim?

Contact your independent agent first. If your agent is unavailable, call 1-888-252-4626.

For flood claims, if your independent agent is unavailable, you can submit your claim online at auto-owners.managemyfloodpolicy.com or by phone at 1-800-233-1131.

Who is my agent?

If you are enrolled in the Customer Center, you can view your agent’s contact information. Once you are logged in, click “My Profile” and select “Contact Us.” If you do not have a Customer Center login, visit the Agency Locator to find your agent’s contact information.

What is the status of my claim?

If you are enrolled in the Customer Center, click the “Claims” tab to view the status. If you do not have a Customer Center login, contact your agent.

Who is my claims adjuster?

If a claims adjuster has been assigned to your claim, their name will be listed in the Customer Center. Log in to the Customer Center and click the “Claims” tab. Then, select “View Claim.” If you do not have a Customer Center login, contact your agent for information about your claims adjuster.
