Support technicians and analysts primarily answer automation questions from the agencies who sell our insurance. They also conduct training sessions to help the agents become familiar with our automated systems. Ideal candidates possess a high level of computer skills and a great customer service attitude.
Maintain all claims and/or policy files; sort and prepare incoming/outgoing mail.
Mechanically insert and mail policies, invoices and checks, sort and distribute incoming mail, assemble and process policies, file and mail all outgoing agent, branch and marketing mail as well as all other company mail.
Print and assemble company policy forms and brochures.
Regular upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds.
Compose letters, memos and reports, use word processing software, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence and phone calls. Publish electronic correspondence; work with imaging technology for document storage and workflow.
Handle distribution of supplies for the Home Office, branches and agencies; maintain stored records.
