Optional Coverages
Condo-Owners Plus Endorsement
This coverage builds on your policy by providing several additional coverages in one package. It includes coverage for refrigerated products, appliance leakage, extra expenses for your mortgage and a waiver of the glass deductible. A coverage example would be if you lose power and a refrigerator full of food spoils, you’re covered up to $750.
Water Backup of Sewers or Drains
Backed up sewers or drains can wreak havoc, causing damage to floors, walls, furniture and electrical systems. Coverage for water backup is available with a wide array of limits to suit your needs.
Personal Property Replacement Cost
Covers repair or replacement of your personal property without a deduction for depreciation.
Special Personal Property Coverage
Provides broader coverage for your personal possessions. This endorsement gives additional causes of loss, including misplacement.
Ordinance or Law Coverage
Sometimes, local ordinances or laws can regulate construction, repair or demolition of your property. This coverage will pay to get you up to code.
Identity Theft Expense Coverage
Provides up to $15,000 for expenses incurred when trying to restore your financial identity.

Payment History
You may qualify for a discount if you have paid your premiums on time in the past 36 months.
Paid-in-Full Discount
Save more if you pay your annual policy premium in full and on time. Discount does not apply for escrow direct bill accounts.
Green Discount
When you enroll in paperless billing and pay your policy premiums online, you may qualify for this discount.
Advance Quote
A discount is available for new applicants who request a premium quote prior to the effective date of the policy.*
Protective Devices Discount
If you have protective devices such as smoke detectors, deadbolt locks and fire extinguishers, you may be eligible for this discount.
Water Shut-Off System Discount
This discount may apply if you have an approved and properly maintained whole-home water shut-off system that automatically turns off water supply throughout the entire home when a leak is detected.
Deductibles
Assuming some of the risk yourself by choosing a higher deductible may reduce your policy premium.
