Claims Representatives Description
Investigates, evaluates and determines the appropriate disposition of all types of claims arising out of business written by our independent agents. A claim representative reviews various policies, analyzes coverages, and meets with parties involved with claims in an effort to bring the claim to a fair, efficient and timely conclusion. The claim representative must possess good interpersonal communication skills, exhibit good judgment and sound reasoning, and have the ability to multi-task. The claim representative’s work can be exciting, challenging and very diverse.
