Loss Control

Loss control associates manage a service territory and visit prospective and existing policyholders in the field to conduct multi-line risk evaluations. During these visits, they identify and evaluate exposures and hazard controls, analyze previous losses, collaborate on solutions and provide resources to manage risk. This involves teaming up with the account underwriters, marketing representatives and agency partners. Loss control associates rely on good communication, collaboration and organizational skills to carry out their varied tasks.
