A-O Benefits
Auto-Owners offers a comprehensive benefits program for full-time associates designed to provide high-quality coverage with straightforward choices. Auto-Owners heavily subsidizes the cost of benefits, and associates can choose from a variety of options to best meet their individual needs. Eligible newly hired associates are able to select benefit coverage beginning on their first day of employment, with their chosen A-O Benefits taking effect after 30 days of full-time employment.
